So, from the September 2021 a modern production of cardboard corners has already been launched and from October 12, 2021 on the eve of the professional holiday- Workers’ Day of pulp and paper industry, there will take place the launch of a new ecological production of corrugated cardboard and packaging.

For this purpose, the LLC “LKPF” has already built two new departments, warehouses and new equipment has been purchased, the infrastructure is being significantly developed.

In 2021 the enterprise attracted substantial investments in the development of production. Our enterprise has bought and installed new modern equipment, particularly a quality control system of products SCIENTA S.A.S (Finland); a line for the production of a cardboard corner Eberle SAS (France); a line for the production and cardboard recycling (J.S.Machine, ETERNA/BOBST Group, SRPack Machinery Co., (China etc.); paletizer Signode G.m.b.H. (Germany); slitter coiler for paper and cardboard La Meccanica Fumagalli Srl (Italy) etc.

Such equipment will significantly improve the quality of cardboard and paper products manufactured by the enterprise and considerably increase its assortment.
The rest of the funds raised in 2021 are construction costs, including the restoration of existing and the construction of new production and warehouse rooms and also the development of an internal infrastructure.

Production of the cardboard corner already started last month! About 90% of the cardboard corner will be exported to the EU countries, because there is a significant demand for this type of product. Nowadays the sales department of the LLC “LKPF” intensively accumulates new clients, coordinates the contract terms and processes an order.

In the newly built department for the production of corrugated cardboard, the corrugated cardboard will be produced from raw materials which are immediately manufactured by another production department of the factory- the cardboard and paper workshop.

That is, after modernization and technical re-equipment the Lutsk cardboard and paper factory will actually have a closed production cycle from the recycling of secondary raw materials(waste paper) to the production of corrugated packaging- the finished product for the end consumer.
The capacity of the Lutsk cardboard and paper factory is currently more than 6000 tons per month.
By the middle of october all general construction work and installation of equipment will be completed and from October 12 this year the corrugated production will be put into operation.
