Three-layer
Corrugated sheet is a packaging material that is used in almost all areas of production as the main type of product packaging.
Lutsk cardboard and paper factory produces three-layer and five-layer corrugated cardboard in sheets according to the individual sizes which are agreed with the customer.
Corrugated cardboard is produced on the unit with a working width of 2200mm, the maximum possible length of sheets is 3600mm.
Three-layer corrugated cardboard consists of three layers: two flat layers (testliners) and one layer of paper between them which has a wave-shaped corrugated form (fluting).
It is produced in three profiles E, B, C (thickness of profiles E=2mm; B=3mm; C=4mm).
Corrugated cardboard, depending on its purpose, is classified and manufactured in brands KH4, KH2, T20-T27. The higher the brand of corrugated cardboard, the stronger it is and the more load it can withstand.
According to the colour of the surface layer, the corrugated cardboard can be: brown, painted or white.
