Fluting

Paper for the production of corrugated cardboard (Fluting) is a wavy layer of cardboard placed between flat layers. This layer is being glued either from one or both sides of the liner. The fluting process is carried out by bending the sheet through a certain fixed distance. Generally the process of corrugation occurs in 2 stages. In the first stage, the sheet is being humidified and heated with special rollers after which the paper falls on the press (2 grooved corrugators ). The waves are formed under the influence of high temperatures.

It is the operational and technical characteristics that determine the protective properties of corrugated cardboard.

Characteristics:

  • Depending on the mechanical indicators, brands P0,P1,P2 are produced.
  • 100% waste paper is used as a raw material.
  • It is made according to TU U 17.1-38272943-001:2017.
